Grain selection by destemmer belt at a controlled speed, with 20% whole grain. 10 days of cold maceration. 10 days with selected yeasts and 4 days of fermentation with submerged hat.

12 months in French American barrels. 1st and 2nd use

View: intense violet color.

Nose: on the nose aromas of plums and red fruits in general stand out, accompanied by notes of violets, chocolate and vanilla. These last two descriptors are due to its long aging in oak.

Palate: maintains fresh fruits, it is a fleshy, long, deep wine with a good balance with ripe and sweet tannins. ideal to accompany red meats and haute cuisine dishes. semi-hard and hard smoked cheeses of long healing.
